GMBK Daily: Official Rules

Version 2026-10-26. Effective October 17, 2026.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Every eligible player gets one free attempt in every round, and buying anything doesn't improve the free attempt. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN TO PLAYERS 13 AND OLDER. TO WITHDRAW PRIZES YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER AND CONNECT YOUR OWN PAYPAL ACCOUNT; prizes won by younger players are held in their GMBK balance until then. The Daily is a contest of skill. Winners are decided by game score, not by chance.

1. Sponsor

Gamebreakers LLC, [BUSINESS ADDRESS] ("GMBK", "we"). Contact: support@gamebreakers.us.

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must meet all of these:

  1. You are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you need your parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these rules for you.
  2. You are a legal resident of the 50 United States or D.C., and you are physically located in an eligible state when you play.
  3. You are signed in to a GMBK account.
  4. You are not an employee, contractor, officer or director of GMBK, or a member of their immediate family or household.

Void in: [STATES TO BE CONFIRMED BY COUNSEL]. A proposed starting list, because these states restrict skill contests with paid entries: Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Washington. Residents of, and people located in, those states may not enter.

One GMBK account per person, and one PayPal account per GMBK account. Entries from extra accounts are void.

Collecting prizes requires age 18+. Prizes are paid only to PayPal, and PayPal accounts are only open to adults. To withdraw a prize, you must:

  • be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your state, if higher),
  • connect your own PayPal account in the app, and
  • confirm you are 18+ and accept these rules.

GMBK may require the PayPal account to be verified. See section 5 for prizes won by players under 18.

3. How to enter and play

  1. Schedule. Rounds run twice a day at the times shown in the app (currently 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time). GMBK may add, move or cancel rounds and will show the schedule in the app.
  2. The game. Each round features one game from the GMBK catalog, revealed when the round opens. Every entrant plays the same game.
  3. Round format. The app shows the format before play:
    • High score: the highest score wins.
    • Target: everyone who reaches the target score shares the prize.
  4. Timing. After a short intro, a start window opens. You must begin your attempt during that window. Each attempt then has the time limit shown in the app. Scores recorded after the limit don't count.
  5. Attempts. Each eligible player gets one free attempt per round. Additional attempts:
    • Premium members may buy one extra attempt per round (the price is shown in the app, currently $0.99, paid from the GMBK wallet).
    • A play streak (currently every 5th day in a row) earns one free extra attempt.
    • Your best attempt counts.
  6. Attempts can't be paused or restarted. Leaving the app, losing connection or a device problem may end an attempt, and it won't be refunded.

4. Winners and prizes

  1. Prize. The prize for each round is shown in the app before the round opens (for example, $100.00). No other prize is offered, and the prize can't be transferred or substituted, except at GMBK's discretion for a prize of equal or greater value.
  2. High score rounds. The player with the highest valid score wins the whole prize. If players tie, the prize is split equally between them, rounded down to the cent.
  3. Target rounds. The prize is split equally between every player who reaches the target with a valid score. If nobody reaches it, no prize is awarded for that round.
  4. Review. Every round is reviewed by GMBK staff before prizes are paid, usually within 3 business days. GMBK may disqualify any score it reasonably believes was not achieved by fair play. Examples:
    • modified apps or games, automation, emulator abuse
    • impossible or statistically implausible scores
    • several accounts, or a shared or someone else's PayPal account

If a winner is disqualified, the prize is recalculated among the remaining valid scores. GMBK's decisions on validity are final.

  1. Approximate value. The prize shown for each round. The total prizes offered each day equal the sum of that day's rounds.
  2. Odds. Winning depends on skill and on the number and skill of other entrants.

5. Payment of prizes

  1. Approved prizes are credited to the winner's GMBK wallet.
  2. Winners withdraw to the PayPal account connected to their GMBK account. No other payment method or destination is available. Connecting PayPal requires the winner to be 18+ and to use their own account.
    • The minimum withdrawal is the amount shown in the app (currently $10.00).
    • Withdrawals open 24 hours after account creation and need a confirmed email.
    • Withdrawals are sent within 3 business days of approval.
  3. GMBK may require proof of identity, age and eligibility before paying. That may include government ID, and an IRS Form W-9 (name, address, SSN/TIN). If a winner doesn't provide them within 30 days of the request, or provides false information, the prize may be forfeited.
  4. Taxes. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes. If a winner's prizes total $600 or more in a calendar year, GMBK must collect a W-9 and issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC. GMBK may hold withdrawals until it receives the W-9.
  5. Winners under 18. A prize won by a player under 18 is credited to their GMBK balance and held there. It can be withdrawn once the player is 18 and connects their own PayPal account. Until then, the balance can only be spent inside GMBK. Held balances are subject to [DORMANCY / UNCLAIMED PROPERTY TERMS TO BE SET BY COUNSEL]. A prize withdrawn to a PayPal account that isn't the winner's own (for example, a parent's, while the winner is under 18) may be reversed.
  6. If a player was not eligible (for example, in a void state, or using several accounts), any prize is cancelled, and amounts already paid must be returned.

6. Conduct

GMBK may disqualify players and close accounts for cheating, harassment, or interfering with the Daily, its scoring or other players, or for violating the Terms of Service.

7. Cancellation and changes

If fraud, technical failure or anything else beyond GMBK's reasonable control harms a round's fairness, GMBK may do any of these:

  • cancel the round, with no prize awarded and paid extra attempts refunded to the wallet
  • void the affected scores
  • award the prize among the valid scores recorded before the problem

GMBK may change these rules by publishing a new version. Players accept the current version when they connect PayPal. Material changes apply to rounds that start after the new version is published.

8. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, players release GMBK, Apple, Google and PayPal from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from taking part in the Daily or accepting a prize. That doesn't cover anything that can't be excluded by law.

9. Disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved as described in the Terms of Service (individual arbitration with [ARBITRATION PROVIDER], with a small-claims option).

10. Privacy

Information collected for the Daily is handled under the Privacy Policy. That includes your PayPal email and account id, scores, and the date you confirmed your age.

11. Winners list

For the names of winners (username and prize) of a round, email support@gamebreakers.us within 60 days of the round. The app's Daily screen also lists recent winners.
