GMBK Privacy Policy
Effective October 17, 2026.
This policy explains what Gamebreakers LLC ("GMBK", "we") collects when you use the GMBK app and creator portal, why, and the choices you have. Contact: support@gamebreakers.us.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, except as described under "Ads" below.
1. What we collect

Clips you record are made on your device. They're only shared when you choose to share them.
2. How we use it
- To run GMBK: accounts, saving progress, the For You feed and recommendations, following, search and profiles.
- To run the Daily: check eligibility, score rounds, detect cheating, confirm age (18+, through PayPal) before withdrawals, review and pay prizes, and meet tax obligations.
- For the wallet, gifts, Premium and withdrawals.
- For safety and security: prevent fraud and multiple accounts, scan uploaded games, handle reports, and enforce our terms.
- To send notifications you turned on, and service emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, and changes to our terms).
- To understand and improve GMBK, using aggregate statistics. Creators see aggregate play numbers, never who played.
- To meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that work for us, and only as needed for their work:

We also share information:
- Publicly, by design: your username, display name, profile picture, bio, badges, published games, and leaderboard and winner listings (username and prize).
- When the law requires it: to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud.
- In a business transfer: for example a merger or sale, under this policy.
4. Ads
When ads are shown, our ad partner may use your device's advertising id and approximate location to show and measure ads.
- Players under 18 get non-personalized ads.
- You can limit ad tracking in your phone's settings.
- Premium members see no ads.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or at https://gamebreakers.win/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and removes your account, progress, activity, wallet history, PayPal connection and published games.
- Disconnect PayPal in Settings.
- Notifications: turn them off in Settings or in your phone's settings.
- Access, correction or a copy of your data: email support@gamebreakers.us from your account's email address. We reply within 30 days, or 45 where state law allows.
- U.S. state privacy rights. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete and port your data, and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising and profiling. We honor these requests at support@gamebreakers.us and won't discriminate against you for using them. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals on our websites.
7. Children
GMBK is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. Sign-up asks for a birth month and year and refuses anyone under 13. If we learn we have an account for a child under 13 anyway, we delete it. Parents can contact support@gamebreakers.us. Withdrawing money is only for adults 18+. Prizes won by players under 18 are held in their balance.
8. Security
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your sign-in session is stored encrypted on your device.
- Access to our databases is restricted and logged. Admin access needs two-factor sign-in.
- Uploaded games run in an isolated sandbox.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
9. Where data is stored
GMBK is operated from the United States, and data is stored in the United States.
10. Changes
We'll post changes here and update the effective date. For material changes, we'll give notice in the app or by email.
